To remove old coolant, rust scale, etc, add one bottle of cooling system flush to the radiator, replace the cap, and let the car idle for 10 minutes. Once the vehicle has cooled, remove the radiator cap and bottom hose, flush with clean water until the water turns clear, and then refill with the correct coolant.
